Next month I'll turn 63 years old. During that time I've had many experiences. Some life changing, some life enhancing, some hurtful and sad.

I remember when I was about 5 or 6 years old that I learned how what I do can lead to seriously hurting another. I was attempting to boil some eggs for my younger brother and I to have for a snack. (Of course I didn't ask my mother if I could do this.) The water got to boiling and I checked to watch. (I was standing on a chair.) My younger brother Paul (who was standing on the floor) wanted to watch too so he reached up and grabed the handle of the pan and pulled on it so he could see into the pan and watch the water boil.

Yup, the boiling water immediately spilled directly onto Paul's chest and he was severely burned. To this day I can see clearly in my minds eye this event happening as if it was yesterday.

Life is like that every day. Choices we make have consequences, some immediate and some later on, but consequences of our choices are always going to take place. The other interesting observation about the consequences of choices is that they not only have impact on each of us individually but they reach out and affect others around us and even those we do not know.

In 1975 I compiled, published and distributed 400,000 copies of a booklet called the "Roots of Freedom". It is a compilation of freedoms documents and printed on a beautiful parchment color paper. In putting this together and since that time I have experienced many personal discoveries about the history of the United States of America and made many friends of some interesting people who I would classify as true patriots.

As a result of numerous experiences which I have had since that time my love for the greatest society and the land on which it resides has increased dramatically. My studies and experiences have led me to truly believe that God has had a personal hand in protecting our home land on numerous occasions and that the current war on terror is going to be just such an occasion. I believe that the U.S. Constitution guaranteeing our form of government and the personal freedoms we have inherited is indeed one of history's miracles.

I believe that today, more than ever in our past, our beautiful and powerful land of the free and the personal freedom of a free society which we enjoy is under massive assault by an insidious enemy bent on our slavery and the total destruction of our life-style. This relentless assault is not limited to just the open horrific attacks we witness in other lands and our own but has been occurring in the quiet of our own neighborhoods and homes. I'm referring to the assault on our youth by those young drug-peddling terrorists who are all around us in every neighborhood and all of the places our youth frequent.

Many studies have been made and have shown the terrible long-term effects that drug use has on an individual. I believe these life-altering effects on individual behavior can become devastating to our freedom loving society if allowed to continue. If it does continue I believe that we will have a society of drug addicted people who can't be productive in the work force and have become totally dependent upon society for the very basic needs to sustain life.

Over the past 400 years many people have lived and overcome incredible opposition to give us our inheritance of a free land. I believe that we must honor their sacrifice for us and can't let this drug addictive self-destructive behavior happen to us. I believe that we must launch a counter offensive family drug-prevention grassroots movement to save kids and teens from the horrors and slavery of drug addiction. If we don't then we will be turning our backs on one of history's miracles. Oh My Goodness!

Oh My Goodness! It's been a long time since I posted here. I promise this is the beginning of doing better and posting often.

Since my last posting I have written a new 32 page magazine that I have entitled "Neighborhood Alert". It covers my belief in the need that we have to take a stand against the spread of drug use and abuse. I cover the "War on Drugs!" and what the drug pushing terrorists are doing to seduce our young people into the world of drugs.

I raise the question "What Can A Parent Do?" and then answer it by listing "10 Easy Things Parents Can Do To Keep Their Kids Off Drugs." I then suggest and demonstrate the concept and use of Family Meeting Time to discuss and develop an action plan of Family Drug Prevention.

I then offer an invitation to join us in our new grassroots "Kids Against Drugs Family Neighborhood Association" to empower families to choose to live drug-free lifestyles.

It's Time To Act NOW!

America was settled by people who were escaping tyranny and oppression. The main issue was to establish freedom to worship God as they believed.

In this "New World" men and women married, had children and worked together as a team to establish homes, churches, communities and later a nation. They established law and order and they believed in the power of God and actively sought His wisdom in everyday issues. For hundreds of years they worked, played and worshiped together as a family. Typically this family consisted of a married man and woman accompanied by their children.

This basic system of society worked very well. The family members had a strong belief in God, were the core of a society that grew to become the greatest society to ever inhabit the earth. Now, if you wanted to destroy that great society what would you do? Yes, you would set out to destroy the basic core . . . that strong traditional God fearing, time tested family unit.

Today there is a great battle going on between those who want to preserve and protect the family and the basic God given freedoms and liberties our forefathers and mothers fought so hard to establish; and those goldless, self-serving, power hungry, free-living so called intellectuals who want to "neutralize" the basic family unit.

It's a battle to control the minds and energies of the masses. It's a battle to rewrite history or preserve it. It's a battle to take God out of religion or maintain hard fought religious freedoms. It's a battle to make government an all powerful caretaker or keep it a servant of the people. It's a battle to change a free enterprise commerce to a government controled entanglement. It's a battle to neutralize or preserve the core family lifestyles and beliefs of our society.

It's a battle that those who believe, live and depend upon the solid, time tested traditions and rules established by God inspired men and women hundreds of years ago . . . are losing.

It's time for God fearing, freedom loving patriots to unite and take a stand for life and liberty . . .

The purpose of this blog is to sound the warning voice and give insight, encouragement, instruction and to lead the challenge to stop the progress of these Godless so called intellectuals and save our rights, liberty, freedom, religion and family.
